King’s Grant is the type of place that you find out about from the locals. When you move to King’s Grant it’s usually because you know where you want to be and you’re ready to stay. It doesn’t have a large city feel to it, but one of closeness and community, where you wave while you’re out walking your dog. However, with that being said it is just minutes from Town Center Virginia Beach, Little Creek Base, Lynnhaven Mall, every genre of food you can think of and not to mention, it’s only 15 minutes to the beach!
