Once you’re here, you don’t have to go too far to find what you’re looking for because everything you could possibly need is close-by. It’s roughly 25 minutes to town-center Virginia Beach and 20 minutes to downtown Norfolk.

It is a coveted area by growing families as it is home to Greenbrier Primary School for grades k-2, Greenbrier Intermediate School for grades 3-5 and Greenbrier Middle School for grades 6-8. High School students either go to Oscar Smith High School or Indian River High School.
